Our products will typically ship out in 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Typically our customer will receive their products in 2-5 days after they have placed their orders.
If your product has been damaged by the shipping company you can return the product to us if you do so within 14 days after the product was delivered in a damaged condition. If you have used the product you are not eligible to return it. You must send us a photo of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged item and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders will refunded if the product arrives damaged from the shipping service. The buyer can not get a refund if the item has been used. We must receive the product back within 14 days of when the item was delivered in order to grant a refund. Once the buyer ships back the product that was damaged by the shipping service and provides photo evidence we will provide a refund within 1-3 business days after we have received the product. Photo evidence of the damaged product and damaged packaging caused by the shipping company can be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and contact informaton.
