Orders may be refunded if the product arrives damaged from the shipper. The buyer will not receive a refund if the product has been used. Once the buyer ships the damaged product back to us, we will provide a refund within 1-3 business days of receiving it. We must receive the product back from the buyer within 14 days of the buyer receiving the product. The buyer will have to supply photo evidence of damaged packaging and the damaged product caused by the shipping company.
